SECC Torchbearers' Reception

The Governor's Residence provided a beautiful backdrop to honor the SECC 2011-2012 Torchbearers at a reception on April 17. Major General Martin Umbarger, Chair for the SECC 2011-2012, and Dan Hackler, Director, State Personnel Department, thanked attendees for their generosity. Torchbearers contributed 25% of the $1,217,676 raised in this years' successful campaign. Major General Umbarger presented Louis Douglas, State Department of Health, with a commemorative coin during the reception.
