On Tuesday, October 30, Governor Mitch Daniels and Lt. Governor Becky Skillman joined state cabinet members as celebrity ice cream scoopers for the first State Employee Community Campaign (SECC) Ice Cream Social. This was the first multi-agency SECC event to be led by Governor Daniels, Lt. Governor Skillman, and the cabinet members. All the ice cream and supplies for the event were donated by Smith Dairy Farm, Kelsay Farms, McFarling Foods, and ADCI.
